1:)  order software, how it works ? 

 

after you pay with paypal, you get a download link for the software in  german time  between 9:00...18:00.

We send  the download link  to your paypal mail address.

If you live in US ,  it can be , that  you get the download link on the next day  - this because of the time delay.

 

Important,  be sure that your Mail is working and can recieve our Mail. We had sometimes that the mailspace was full and we can't reach the customer.   

 

 

 

 

2:) order hardware , how it works ?

 

we deliver the hardware kits  as soon as we can . Normally within 1..3 days.  Sometimes we must reorder parts . Than it can take 1..2 days longer.

 

Important - we need your valid Address. In the last years we never lost a packet , but   some packets come back because of a wrong address.

If your Address was wrong , you had to wait until   the packet cames back to us  , we resend it , but you have to pay the shipping price again.
