Achtung , bitte durchlesen. Wie jedes Jahr vor Weihnachten werden wieder neue Rechner gekauft und vergessen die Plugins als Installer zu sichern. Eine weitere Variante ist - Festplatte kaputt oder ein Virus. Seit ungefähr 5 Jahren regelmäßig vor Weihnachten besteht der Hauptteil meiner Arbeit darin , neue download-links für Software zu verschicken welche vor 5....8 Jahren gekauft wurde.

Ich habe damit kein Problem - aber ich möchte auch nicht stundenlag in alten Verzeichnissen suchen.

Ab sofort verschicke ich nur noch die download links , wenn eine gültige Papal Transaktion ID für dieses Instrument vorhanden ist und zugeschickt wird oder wenn die seinerzeit erstellte Rechnung des Gerätes als PDF zugeschickt wird.

Ein einfaches ' Ich habe XXX gekauft . Festplatte kaputt , schicke mal einen Download link' reicht nicht !!

Attention, please read through. Like every year before Christmas we buy new computers and forget to save the plugins as installers. Another variant is a broken hard disk or a virus. Since about 5 years regularly before Christmas the main part of my work is to send new download links for software which was bought 5...8 years ago.

I don't have a problem with that - but I don't want to search for for hours in old directories either.

From now on I will only send the download links if a valid Papal Transaction ID for this instrument is available and sent or if the invoice of the device created at that time is sent as PDF.

A simple ' I bought XXX . Hard disk broken, send me a download link' is not enough!
